About Geneene Green
|Designations & Certifications:||REALTOR®|
|Work Experience:||1 year(s)|
|Service Area:||Washington, District Of Columbia
|Specialities:||First Time Home Buyers, Investment Properties, Seller's Agent
A native Washingtonian and lifelong resident of DC, Geneene Green has a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying and selling real estate in the Nation's Capital. She knows all too well just how emotional and daunting the home buying or selling process can be. Yet, she also understands that having access to a knowledgeable professional who can inform you of what to expect and when, not only reduces your anxiety, but ultimately creates an experience that can be celebrated instead of lamented.
Committed to the ideal of superior customer service and with an enthusiasm for real estate that is undeniable, Geneene strives to "go the extra mile" for her clients and works with them to ensure that they understand as much about the process as they do the end results. While she enjoys working with individuals of all needs and backgrounds, Geneene is particularly passionate about assisting seniors and the aged, for whom the sale or purchase of a property might be their nest egg, or represent their bequest to children or others. In addition, she has a vested interest in helping low- and moderate-income individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership.
Geneene holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from Goucher College (Baltimore, MD) and a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from Trinity University (Washington, DC). Outside of the Keller Williams office, she is very active in her community and works with a number of local nonprofit organizations, including Madison Saint's Paradise South senior residence--where she has served as an Administrator and Executive Oversight Committee member for the past five (5) years. She has also supported the advocacy work of Manna Inc. and the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development (CNHED)--in their efforts to preserve affordable housing in the District. Geneene is an avid music lover, and when not working with clients in real estate, she can frequently be found engaging in her favorite pastime--singing.
REVIEWS ABOUT Geneene
As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were in dire need of help from someone who could guide us through the complexities of the process. Furthermore, we wanted an advocate who would truly listen to what we hoped to achieve as future home owners and work with us to bring our dreams to fruition. We are so grateful to have found an agent like Geneene. She knows DC like the back of her hand, and her instincts and advice have been on point and on time. In a hot area like DC, buying especially within our price range can be extremely difficult. And, Geneene is not afraid to be honest about the challenges, but she has also been extremely patient, understanding and we know that she has our best interest at heart and will continue to work tirelessly on our behalf. In business and in life, you'd be hard pressed to find a more genuine individual. We've already told our family/friends about Geneene, and would gladly recommend her again and again.
