A native and lifelong resident of the Nation's Capital, Geneene Green loves all things DC, including the city's eclectic mix of neighborhoods and diversity of architectural styles. Her interest in real estate is due in no small part to her urban upbringing, and was further enhanced by her personal experiences as she set out on the path to home ownership years ago. During that time, Geneene quickly came to understand the importance of having the support of a real estate professional who can instruct you as to where and how to begin, and ensure that your home buying or selling experience is one that can be celebrated instead of lamented.
Committed to the ideal of superior customer service, Geneene strives to go above and beyond for her clients. While she enjoys working with individuals of all needs and backgrounds, she is particularly passionate about assisting seniors and the aged. In addition, she has a vested interest in helping low- and moderate-income individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership. As a hometown girl, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the real estate market in the Washington & Baltimore Metropolitan Areas. And let's be honest: you want–you need, rather–someone you can trust for up-to-date, accurate information.
Geneene holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from Goucher College (Baltimore, MD) and a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from Trinity University (Washington, DC). Outside of the Keller Williams office, she is very active in her community and works with a number of local nonprofit organizations, including Chums, Inc. and Madison Saints Paradise South senior residence. She also proudly supports the advocacy work of Manna Inc. and the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development (CNHED)–in their efforts to preserve affordable housing in the District. Geneene is an avid music lover, and when not working with clients in real estate, she can frequently be found engaging in her favorite pastime–singing.
REVIEWS ABOUT Geneene
As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were in dire need of help from someone who could guide us through the complexities of the process. Furthermore, we wanted an advocate who would truly listen to what we hoped to achieve as future home owners and work with us to bring our dreams to fruition. We are so grateful to have found an agent like Geneene. She knows DC like the back of her hand, and her instincts and advice have been on point and on time. In a hot area like DC, buying especially within our price range can be extremely difficult. And, Geneene is not afraid to be honest about the challenges, but she has also been extremely patient, understanding and we know that she has our best interest at heart and will continue to work tirelessly on our behalf. In business and in life, you'd be hard pressed to find a more genuine individual. We've already told our family/friends about Geneene, and would gladly recommend her again and again.
